    HRDF SCHOLARSHIP FOR ILead LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

    As part of the National Transformation Program of the KSA, the HRDF Leadership Academy, in collaboration with MILE, has designed a series of leadership development programs under the name of iLead. The iLead programs are being established to further develop and strengthen the skill set of the Saudi labor force and develop capabilities required in the job market..

    The mission of iLead is to:

    1. Create a pool of national leaders from the private, public, and NGO sectors
    2. Enhance their knowledge and capabilities
    3. Enable them to collaborate and participate in solving the challenges KSA is facing
